This is only for vendors/Artists that have gotten their APPROVAL email. If you use this information without being approved your money may or may not be refunded as well as being blacklisted from future events.

Please make sure you fill this out the finalized vendor form, this will come to you in an email
You may have already filled this out. If not please do so now, otherwise, you will not be able to check in the day of the convention and you will not receive a refund.
To get to The Y building:
Due to construction please follow TLC drop off signs they will bring you to the driveway in front of the gym. included with this email is a map of the campus showing where the building is and where to load/unload and park!
Once there:
One of our staff members will check you in at the registration table, Simply provide your name/Vendor name, and our volunteers will assist you in getting your cargo up to the dealer’s room. If you wish to purchase additional badges at that time, that's the best time!
Also during this time, we will ask for any donations you said you were willing to make in the finalized vendor/artist google form.
Vendor's area is open 1 pm until 8 pm, so we try to encourage everyone to wait until at least 8 pm before considering packing up! Those last-minute stragglers can possibly lead to sales.
